I have an article in a magazine about a movie of his called THE THIRD HAND. It's not a Shaw movie, though.

Yes, no doubt had CC tackled TIGER KILLER, it would have been a lot more visceral!venoms5https://www.blogger.com/profile/13655919099947763891noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5013834191197749232.post-46832093536124961392012-01-01T11:31:31.112-08:002012-01-01T11:31:31.112-08:00Thank you, Brian!

He made quite an impression for his limited screen time, so when I read of DF, I was eager to get it. It didn't disappoint!

It would've been interesting to see Cheh tackle the earlier part of Wu Sung's story covered years later by Hsiang on Tiger Killer. At the very least, I'd like to think he'd depict Sung's fight with the tiger more imaginatively!R.A.M.'67https://www.blogger.com/profile/12817535165296807817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5013834191197749232.post-48238647611714043642012-01-01T00:37:42.065-08:002012-01-01T00:37:42.065-08:00Nice and insightful analysis, Russ! He also had BOXER FROM SHANTUNG going on at the time, too.

Chu Mu was pretty good here, too. I had a hard time buying into him as a major threat in HEROES TWO. He was much better suited to evil ruler roles like in ALL MEN ARE BROTHERS. Not long after, he became a director, too.venoms5https://www.blogger.com/profile/13655919099947763891noreply@blogger.com
